I’m a lady in the prime of life – I turned 65 in November 2011. I have been married to Erling for almost 42 years. We live in beautiful, rural surroundings in a town called Frederikssund in North Zealand, Denmark. We have two wonderful grandchildren – a boy of 14 and a girl of 11.

My passion for photography started in 2002 when I got my first digital SLR camera – an Olympus Camedia C-2500L at 2.5 megapixels. This camera was later replaced with a Canon EOS 350D and today I shoot with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II. After I began photographing, I see the world in a slightly different way. I pay more attention to light, colors and details both in nature and in ordinary, everyday things, and can see a potential picture of almost anything. I love photography and I love being creative in particular Photoshop.

I consider Photos2Win as one of the absolute most serious and professional photo pages on the Internet. The judges are extremely professional and the members are some of the best photographers and I spend great moments to enjoy others’ photos. Evy
